Kind of like a bliss ball, fat bombs are a great snack to keep you full and feed your hormones. If you're trying to conceive, having enough fat macros is important to help maintain your cycle and regulate ovulation.


Fat bombs are very simple- they are a mix of a fat base and seasonings melted and mixed together. Stick to 1 serve/day.

STEP ONE: Find your base Fat bombs need a fat that solidify in the fridge, ideally staying solid at room temperature, although softening is fine, just be careful if you pack one in your bag for lunch! Organic Ghee Coconut Oil Coconut Butter Coconut Milk / or Coconut Cream from a can

STEP TWO: Grab your spices/mix ins Coconut Meat/Shreds Citrus

Cacao powder

Nut butters

Berries

Vanilla Cinnamon Ginger Turmeric Sea Salt

STEP THREE: Put it all together Melt your fat base and blend or mix in your desired ingredients. Then pour into a silicon ice cube tray/moulds or let cool slightly and roll into balls.
